Basic services:

S$950 For JC & Uni Student

Other fees:

- One-time registration fee: S$200

- One-month deposit (refundable at the end of your stay)

* To subscribe to our guardianship service for your kid (therefore, parents do not need to accompany their child in Singapore): S$400 per month.

Terms & Conditions:

- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

- Length of stay must at least be 3 months.

- Reservation is only complete when the one-month worth of deposit is paid.

- The payment cycle is once every three months, with one full payment covering the rent for the next three months.

- If the student will not be staying until the next payment cycle, only the corresponding fees will need to be paid.

- The hostel must be inform at least 1 month in advance about the student's check out date.

- Payment for the first 3 months of stay including an one-time registration fee of S$200.
