Terms and Conditions

1. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
2. The duration of stay has a minimum of 3 months.
3. Reservation is only confirmed after the relevant document has been submitted and a
   security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) is paid.
4. The security deposit is only refundable at the end of stay The security deposit can only be
   refunded at the end of your stay.If the student decides not to check-in or fail to provide a check-out date at
   least one month in advance, the security deposit will not be refunded.
5. A one-time registration fee of SGD$200 will be paid upon check-in to the hostel.
6. Payment will be made on a 3-month basis. If the length of stay does not make up for a whole
   month, the payment of excessive days will be calculated respectively.
7. No cooking is allowed except for the use of boiling water and microwave
   (There are food courts and malls around our hostel).
